In,a50-year-oldwomanwasadmittedtotheemergencydepartmentofalargehospitalfora2-monthhistoryofstabbingepigastricpainradiatingbackwardtotherightscapula.Thepainwasnotrelievedinanypositionandwasnotprecededbyfeverortrauma.Herhistorywasunremarkable.Generalexaminationincludingtemperature,pulse,andbloodpressurewasnormal.

年，患者50岁女性，以“上腹部针刺样疼痛向后放射至右肩胛区2月”为主诉急诊入院。疼痛与姿势、活动无关，病前无发热或外伤。既往史无特殊。体温、脉搏、血压等一般检查均正常。
